The main charater of "My Immortal Fel" was a human named Jay. He grew up with a wonderful mother and an abusive father. Turning to government work, he found himself employed with an extreamly secretive organization called the Nothing. Working as a guard for a few years, he traveled all over the world to help keep civilians from finding out about the visitors from other worlds. This was usually an easy task that he preformed with many other guards and researchers. When he wasn't at work, he spent his time doting on his mother or hanging out with his friend, Santi.
His last mission is where things got very interesting. Although he knew there were other worldly creatures around, he had never seen on up close. For the first time, he not only got to see the creature up close, he was given to it as a sacrifice. The creature called a Fel, went by the name, Mao. With the head, mane and tail of a lion, Mao was a fur covered humanoid with large horns and cloven hooves. Unsure of how he should feel, Jay found himself falling in love with the violent beast.
Upon the request of Mao, he gave himself to him and traveled to the world of Kive with him. There, Jay learns many things about his old home on earth and even more about himself. With the help of the god of the new world, Jay's body transforms to resemble the creatures that inhabit the Kingdom of Silron. As a mixture of a human and his favorite animal, Jay becomes The First Deer. Now it is up to him to figure out how to survive surrounded by the mostly carnivorous looking Fel.
